There are 4 key components to our bonuses:
1. Our private Facebook community: This community is exclusively built and managed to serve DISC-certified consultants who have been specifically trained and certified in association with Personality Insights. It allows you to interact with, network with, and continue to help grow long after your training class has ended. ($500 value)
2. Access to ongoing teaching calls: "Way back" in late 2016, we began doing additional teaching calls each week. We started this as a way to continue to help serve others beyond the training class. A trainer's responsibility is to conduct your session, but we wanted to go the extra mile. You can only cover so much during a training course simply due to time constraints. this has allowed us to conduct extremely in-depth trainings on various topics that serve our community. Some are specifically related to DISC where we dive deeper in certain areas or pieces of curriculum. Others are related to things such as growing your business with this content. Either way, we have practically lost count of the people who have told us this "extra" we provide by itself has been worth WAY more to them than the training itself. I asked our group one day if they believe it was truly worth $2000 or more. They told me I was not nearly high enough with my estimate. We think you will agree. ($2000 value)
3. Personalized video endorsement: This is our way of "paying it forward". I can remember when I started out speaking years ago how much it helped me when someone with established credibility offered to endorse me. While a written endorsement is great, nothing beats video. Upon request, we will create a studio-produced endorsement video that personally mentions you by name (this is not generic). You can use this on your social media, website, etc to help promote yourself. ($250 value)
4. Limited seating sessions: There are no requirements to limit our sessions. I love seminars. Heck, I speak at them. However, I do not believe that format is highly effective when you are certifying someone. The sessions should be smaller so they are highly engaging. Because let's face it, you can't ask questions when there are 50+ people in the room (or in the Zoom). So we host multiple sessions throughout the year that are smaller by design. Yes, it is more work. But it is also MUCH more effective to ensure you receive a valuable training experience. (Value= PRICELESS)
