To be a part of our RPG DISC Resource Group community that Melissa and I run, I put together a video message for you. - We absolutely want to serve every Personality Insights Master Trainer in our community just as much as we do the other members. Your success is CRUCIAL to ensuring that other Personality Insights Consultants are well prepared to add significant value to the marketplace.
- Many of you already know that I have been sharing weekly recorded teaching calls for several years. To date we already have over 150 hours worth of recorded lessons. I would GLADLY invite some of you to share your wisdom and insights with the group if you desire. If you are interested, reach out and let's chat about it.
- I ask that you engage in the group to be a part of it. No, you don't need to "live there", but you shouldn't go months at a time without engaging either. I don't believe in having "lurkers" in our community.
- We don't allow self-promotion in our group. Trust me, you don't need to try to "position" yourself. If you are engaged, I will happily acknowledge you openly in the group.
- Please understand that this group is NOT the place for you to try to go "hunting" for leads for your classes, either by posting, commenting, or by private messaging group members. This would result in removal from the group. I see this happen in groups often and is completely out of integrity. I am a member of many groups, but I only promote in ones that I run and manage, unless specifically approved by that group's admin. Melissa and I created, own, and have built this exclusive community and served them constantly for years now. Posts promoting ANY type of offer need to be approved by me or Melissa BEFORE they are posted.
- If you ever refer to our Consultant's discounts, PLEASE be sure to reference it as a 40% discount. I understand that we receive a 50% discount as Master Trainers, but well over 95% of the group are regular Consultants. I am not trying to "hide" this Master Trainer exclusive discount, but rather trying to avoid the confusion that inevitably causes our phones to blow up with questions when people get confused (trust me, it happens).
