Introducing: Speakers Boot Camp
This is NOT a seminar where you sit in a crowded room and listen to someone else talk about speaking. This is a live, in-person, small group (limited to 10 participants), hands-on training designed to turn speakers into compelling communicators.
Led by Executive Master Trainers Chris and Melissa Rollins, this 3-day immersive experience will:
- Eliminate your fear of public speaking
- Teach you to structure and deliver captivating presentations that get your audience to take action
- Show you how to personalize your message to connect deeply with your entire audience
- Equip you with techniques used by professional speakers
This training is hosted in association with Personality Insights, Inc. Upon completion of this training, you will be recognized as a certified Human Behavior Speaking Specialist in association with Personality Insights, Inc. If you are already an Advanced level certified DISC consultant with Personality Insights, you will achieve your Senior Consultant status upon completion of this training.

- Get ready to speak... every day! Hey, it's a speaker training workshop. We aren't here to share theory. Relax, though. We ensure a safe environment that stretches you while remaining positive and affirming.
- You will quickly understand why we limit the class size. On days two and three, you will present a ~20-minute presentation (on the topic of your choice). Every speech receives in-depth and in-the-moment feedback from all four of our expert panelists. Each judge represents one of the four DISC personality styles and shares from that style's unique perspective. We record your speech and feedback so you can focus on being fully present in the space. You'll be able to review for deeper notes and action items later at your own leisure.
- Between each speech, the panel review, and a quick break, it takes about an hour for each person. Now you understand the class size limit. You will find tremendous value in the feedback delivered to the entire room. It's like getting a full college course on presenting wrapped up in three days.
